L. & Pol'y 471 (2006). His article, Moving Day!: Surrogate's Court's Authority to Authorize Out of State Home Purchase, is pending publication.  Before starting his firm, Law Offices of David M. Schlachter, David worked for small firms in private practice, where he learned the practice of law, as well as how to run a successful law practice where the client is put first.  David prides himself on keeping current with the ever-changing laws, learning better and more sophisticated ways to help his clients, and he is affiliated with other experienced attorneys located in New York and Florida.

His training includes tutorials by Bais Din Mechon Lehryoa, Monsey, NY in hilchos yerusha. David is licensed to practice in New York and New Jersey, and Federal District Court of New Jersey.
