 Ann Zeilingold is a Mortgage Planner & Broker located in Pomona NY, on route 202, right off exit 13 of the palisades parkway. She specializes in residential mortgages. She is an expert at tailoring the best mortgage program to suit her clients needs and integrating the mortgage into her clients long and short term financial goals. Her professional designations include “Certified Mortgage Planning Specialist”, from the CMPS University, Certified Mortgage Planner and Certified Mortgage Advisor, from Strategic Equity University, Seattle Washington, and she has successfully completed T.E.A.M.( “The Equity Alliance Matrix”) training, Utah institute of Higher Education, Salt Lake City Utah. She has a weekly radio program on WRCR am, 1300 every Thursday eve at 5:30 pm.
She has been in the business since 1988. Over the years Ann has developed a niche in working with the credit challenged borrower. People with credit issues are regular people.
